Usage tips
Put 2 tablespoons of the foot bath mixture in a basin of hot water or a balneotherapy machine. Then soak the feet for 15 to 30 min. Then, rub the feet with a vegetable sponge or a pumice stone, making small circular movements. Rinse with clear water. After the foot bath, do not hesitate to massage yourself with foot cream to relieve pain in the soles of the feet.
Note: for people with blood circulation problems or varicose veins, it is best to take a cold foot bath.
